Privacy Policy

Wolcost LaunchCheck is a read-only website launch-readiness checker. This policy explains the information processed when you use wolcost.online.

Information you provide

When you run a scan, you provide a public website URL. LaunchCheck does not require an account, password, payment information or administrative access to the target website. Do not place passwords, API keys, private tokens or other secrets in a URL.

Information processed during a scan

LaunchCheck requests the public webpage and may request public supporting resources such as robots.txt and sitemap.xml. It processes response headers and limited HTML information needed to produce the report.

Storage and retention

LaunchCheck does not maintain an application database of scan history. Normal hosting infrastructure may temporarily process network and request metadata, including IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested path and operational errors, for security, reliability, abuse prevention and debugging. Infrastructure retention is controlled by the hosting provider.

Cookies and advertising

The service does not require an application account. Google AdSense code may be loaded for site verification and, if the site is approved, for advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with their own policies and applicable consent requirements. We will keep this policy updated as advertising features change.

Third-party websites

When LaunchCheck scans a URL, the target website receives a request from LaunchCheck infrastructure and may log it according to that website own policies. External links on our guides lead to sites we do not control.

Security

LaunchCheck validates URLs and blocks obvious private, loopback, local and reserved network destinations. It also uses request limits. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy when the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current published version.
